A couple weeks ago a version of the rumor popped up again saying Alien 3, Alien Resurrection and both AVP's would receive 4K releases in 2025. This rumor also popped up as word of the new effort from folks involved in AVP:r trying to get it fixed kicked up.

The 4k for Alien³ is most likely going to be released next year. It's the 35th anniversary, after all.
