Need help mission 12

Hello to everyone
I need some help when I start mission 12 and have to go to the elevator I can't because the door is locked and I can't find the way to open it.

I can see the same map at 0:25 of this video. You mean the passage at 0:32?

The one to the left of the train you leave at the start of mission 12 that leads to some stairs?

I took a fast look at multiple walkthroughs and its always meant to be open. I suppose the door you are seeing doesn't show the option to either use the hacking tool or the torch. Is it just a blank wall? Might be bugged or something.

Are you playing on steam? Can try to verify integrity of game files, reintall game(saved games are in cloud so you shouldn't lose progress). You can also use mission select and reload mission 12, might replace your current bugged save with a good one.

Yes, that's the door I am talking about.
Unfortunately I am playing in xbox  I saw many videos too and the door is always open I don't know why this is happening.
I already restarted the mission, even I started playing mission 11 again, I restarted the game. I did all these things and it's still closed. I see the door, no just a wall, but this door is always closed.

One little piece of advice I can give is try looking at your Motion Tracker. On the edge is a white line that shows you where you need to go for your next objective. It's like a GPS, not foolproof but even if it shows you that you need to go a way that's blocked, if you try and go around somehow, it'll auto-correct to show you the shortest way to get to your objective.

I have seen Motion Tracker many times but the white line is not there, I think this is normal because I have watched some video guides and they don't have it too. Anyway, watching those video guides I see this door is the right way
