What is the "secret" movie that will be released before "Predator: Badlands"?

20th century Fox studio boss Steve Asbell has stated that Dan directed another Predator movie before the release of his "Predator: Badlands" movie (https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-news/predator-movie-an-alien-sequel-speed-3-1236042464/). Beyond the fact it is another Predator movie, Asbell did not disclosed any information about it, only that it will be released before Badlands.

So anyone of you got any new info about this Predator movie? Otherwise, your guess is as good as mine on what it will be about, whether it will be linked to Badlands or Prey or some standalone story. Any educated guess on what it will be about?
