You know I just rewatched that end animation sequence and as they are showing the Comanche after what looks like the defeat of Feral, I didn't realize they point to the sky where we see multiple Predator ships coming down.. the title itself is fine.

Around 1:35 in the video below.

I wouldn't complain! Seems like it would be a good place for an Easter egg (or more than an Easter egg).

Same, here's to hoping for an AvP revival but with the one minor caveat of being done well lol.

PortugueseXeno

If they were to do a new AvP movie, then they just need to finally make it with the colonial marines as leads.

No more of contemporary Earth.

Nightmare Asylum

We're already moving Predator away from contemporary Earth, so I really wouldn't worry about that being the setting for and future AVP ventures.

True and if i'm not mistaken i think there were people here teasing that Badlands would have Wey-Yu showing up in the movie.

While I'm not 100% sure about colonial marines - although not against it either, I do absolutely think that an AvP film should take place in the established alien universe first and foremost.

BigDaddyJohn

As a huge fan of AVP 2001, I'd love me some colonial marines.

I'd enjoy them as well although I think there is room for a new military group to take the stage. As the US military for example in reality has many branches, if that structure applied to Alien I'd enjoy seeing a special forces type unit operating within the same alien universe.
Or at the very least maybe a collaboration or joint operation between the two units which could add a fun and interesting dynamic and some good dialogue. Seems like a good setting to me for a Predator to make an appearance.

I'd be okay with any future military group. But we also haven't seen USCM since Aliens. So I'd be game

New crew listing:

Mathias Frodin   ...   in-house senior compositing artist

Seeing a Predator version of the atmosphere processor ambush where we see the heartlines go flat as we see cameras go off and a semi-invisible being picking off the Colonial Marines while trying to lay down suppressing Smartgun fire sounds like a dream.

We got this in Predator 2 😉

Yeah that's literally the meat locker scene. You even have a commander staring dumbfounded while our plucky hero tells them to pull their men out, before knocking down a wall to save the day.
