The Alien's tail

Aren't predators much heavier than humans? I guess the tail could lift up a human but, Predators seem much heavier.

Yeah, it seems preds weigh more than humans, however if aliens can smash through steel doors and do some of the other feats of strength they do, picking up a pred with the tail isnt that bad....just how long the tail was is.

I don't have an exact estimation but, If I had to guess I'd say 6,7  feet

Not only that but an adult alien would never be able to lift a Predator off the ground.

Why not? We don't know anything about the limitations of Alien strength. We know at least they are VERY strong, in AlienS we see one of them forcing open the mechanical door of the APC.

More importantly, the various shots where Big Chap and the Warriors are "floating up" in the first two movies can only be explained by the creatures helping themselves with their tail, which means the tail can lift a creature as heavy as an adult xeno.

If it can lift an Alien, it can lift a Predator.

I didn't count, but necromancy is often pretty fun. You made me realize this thread is almost old enough to drink beers in France.
