That could have just been a throat snake. Plus the tentacles on the video here are a very thick and dark color, while the one that hit the window was thin and white.

Looked at it again - and it could potentially be that thing at the window as well. It has two types of tentacles? One that i see is very thin and long, and the others are octopi like.
