I've just found a couple of online retailers that are saying November 18 2025, for volume 3. Nothing on Amazon yet (my main source for them here in the UK). So end of the year, it seems.

At that rate the whole DH collection will be released in 10 years or more. Perfectly I would preffer to have all the original issues, but thats a very pricey endevour. I have the originals up to Music of the Spears and last year bit the buller and got all the Marvel Omnibuses. Once I started reading I couldnt stop. DHs stories were so interesting and fun to read

There's nothing in this Collection that I want unfortunately. I missed out on the old Omnibus 4 back in the day so I'm waiting on a collection that has Music Of The Spears, Berserker/Frenzy and Stronghold. Once I have them I think that'll be everything I want.

I'm still on the fence about replacing the Dark Horse omnibuses.
I do somewhat hate them, with the small size, ugly white covers, and the tendency to break apart. But replacing them all will be expensive, and not everything has been re-released yet.

Well, everything has been released in Marvel omnibuses but all 4 volumes cost a fortune. Vol 2 alone goes for crazy money

I can heartily recommend the digital versions of the 4 marvel omnibuses if you have an iPad or something. The image quality is fantastic.

Same issue with Star Wars Epic collections, some are going for over 100 EUR, like the Thrawn Trilogy and Dark Empire.

If you don't grab them on release, seems to be loads harder getting them on the secondary market. Hopefully the paperbacks will be more accessible.

The Star Wars ones are getting reprints, but it's slow going.

I second getting the sw stuff as it comes out and not waiting for the second hand market.

I only had three volumes of the Dark Horse Omnibuses, and even thought I take great care of my books, the spine split from just laying there. So I wanted to replace them with Marvel ones, and I much preffered hardcover style. That and the Marvel omnibuses were actually as complete as can be. I got 1,3 and 4 in few weeks but vol 2 goes for way ovet $400! After checking ebay everyday I finally grabbed a copy for much less right after it got posted. Still, getting all 4 was really pricey. But I think theyre worth it. The Epic Collection isnt hardcover and it would take decades to complete it
