I think it's safe to say the vs Predator exists in its own multiverse.

I think it's safe to say that Alien-Predator as a whole exists somewhere in the Marvel multiverse now.

Marvel does have some universes where superheroes don't exist as we know them. Some have universes where staple characters don't even exist at all.

Alien-Predator might be one of them now.

An update on Predator vs Spider-Man #2.

Definitely getting some Predator 2 vibes with this one.

Predator 2 and Concrete Jungle (naturally). I do like how this crossover is shaping up. Kraven is such a good choice for this.

Issue #2 is released now...

And I was NOT expecting for THAT kind of cliffhanger.

It says alot about this Bad Blood if three Enforcer Predators are sent in to deal with the guy. Once again, I just wished one of them did not look like a JH clone.

I liked how one of the comments described the BB Predator, as if someone installed the personality of a Night Lord from WH40K into a Predator. A genuinely horrifying concept....   :'(

Honestly?

There's... not a lot if versus in this comic and I'm disappointed in that.

If there's three Predators in this fray now, I just hope that it's not Spider-Man or Kraven one-shotting them. It's bad enough that Predators are seem as jobbers by Marvel fans.

I'd like to see Skinner physically mess up Spider-Man bad. Like actually be as fast as the Perry and Archer books describe the Yautja as being, and as strong as the Concrete Jungle game has them being.

Its a build up to something that looks promising so I don't mind.

I don't think they are going to fall that quickly. Granted, Spider-Man and Kraven are above top tier human, so of course the Predators are going to get hurt good. However, past issues like Wolverine Vs shown that they can dish back just as hard if not harder.

I 100% expect Skinner to not only mess up Spider-Man bad but also toy with him psychological. I still love the Night Lord comparison and I hope that means Skinner will give both of them hell in both the most physical and mental fight possible. Which makes me wonder how deadly Skinner is now that he has not just two but three additional pursuers chasing after his dreads. Is he that deadly for him to be able to handle a 1v5 match up?

I enjoyed the second issue. Not a lot of Predator in the limelight, but I am so enjoying seeing the consequences of his hunting. Those bits in the subway were fantastic! I do really like Skinner as a Predator. I do understand where Rakai is coming from - there hasn't been much crossover between Spidey and a Predator yet, but I think that is clearly going to change come the next issue. I do hope they handle that interaction with the Enforcers well. I'm still enjoying the series, and I'm still eager for more. (unlike Alien, where I've not even read the last Paradiso yet)

Solicitations and interior scans for Predator vs Spider-Man #3 are now shown.

...Spider-Man's gonna be taking on three Predators? Mmm... I'm afraid of Percy having Spider-Man trouncing all three Predators now.

Like I said when this was announced. Spidey easily outmatches a Predator.

Read issue 3. Good stuff. These issues fly by and I'm sad there is only 4. This would have benefited from 6 issues.

Had Benjamin Percy looked at the full capabilities of what the Yautja can do from the Dark Horse novels and the Concrete Jungle game, I think he might have done the Predators better.

Three issues in and... I am growing disappointed with this particular crossover.

Agreed. Finished it and it felt rushed. Really would like to see this story have a slow burn, as it includes so much mystery and tension but you can tell it has to be quickly pushed aside to meet some deadline that some pencil pusher suit in the offices are putting on the artists and writers.

Preview of issue four has been released... If anything... I... really think Benjamin Percy might have fumbled with this one. I hope to be proven wrong but this one was just too slow of a burn, not enough of Predator(s) fighting Spider-Man... I HOPE I am wrong and Percy shows the Predators being legitimate threats to Spider-Man.

Sat down to re-read the first two issues and get to the third today. I had enjoyed the first two issues, but I was disappointed with how Spidey threw around the Predators in the third issue. And I say that as a man whose only regular non-Alien and Predator comics on his pull list are a number of different Spider-man titles. I dunno, it just feels like the Predators are not being depicted as competent threats at the moment. I had thought the Wolverine crossover had done a decent job at it, but with Black Panther and now this issue of Spidey, it's on the down turn.
