That was one thing I liked about AvP99. The speargun would nail the Xenomorph bodies to the walls.

Just pre-ordered the standard edition from Gamestop (with bonuses). I was informed by the employee there that they were sold out of Collector's Editions already and no longer offering it. I don't know if this applies to all stores in the USA or just the one I went to but anyone is interested in that, they shouldn't wait too much longer to try to pick it up. Fyi

How do you know? We never thought the Jockey was a suit either.
Btw you don't know for sure if the Jockey is a suit since Prom is not in the canon.
Anyway just like Hicks, I like the design but I just don't like how they connected it to the movie referenced as "SHARP Sticks".
How do I break this to you gently? I'm one of the ones who thinks Prometheus is canon.
I understand what your getting at though. I always thought he meant a weapon like a throwing knife or something. The design I think is bad ass and maybe they should have applied there weapons design ambitions to the aliens design instead.
Hudson mentions knives before he mentions sharp sticks, it was him being cocky rather than referencing an actual weapon imo
Agree on the design, surely they could have put it in the game without the need for such a tie-in?! still, looks fun to shoot already!

Quote from: Ghost Marine on Jan 16, 2013, 02:42:43 PMFunny because I was about to post a derogatory comment about Mohawk haircut in military video games and how much I hate it and how awful it looks, especially that no one in Aliens had any extravagant haircut.Quote from: ikarop on Jan 16, 2013, 10:15:54 AM
