And totally useless as a soldier to be that size lol Poncho and Hawkins are more sensible. Good old 80s fun though.

It's slightly ironic that people slag off Royce when he's far closer to what a special forces operative/mercenary would actually look like.

That explains the gas giant so close on the left - the biggest/closest one is rot no matter how you slice it, and while it does irk me when I see it, Predator films are hardly the place I go for hard sci fi so it's entirely forgivable.

I always say Predator works best with over-the-top comic book style characters while Alien works best with realistic characters.

Yep. That is why it breaks my heart personally that Gerald Butler wanted to be Royce in Predators and Fox wouldn't pay him 5 million. He still was in great shape back then...



And Gerald does over-the-top so well, even when he doesn't mean to. It just exudes out of him naturally.

Well, it would be interesting to see, for sure. I think Brody did a great job
