Watched the scene a few times. I'm pretty sure the second thing he says is simply some vocalized muttering.

The elder tells Hannigan to "Take it" and as he walks away he says"Now get out!"

The hunter in the slaughter house when he is trying to cloak is "Now you will die" as he discovers the agents.

I just rewatched the scene and it sounds like he says" Take it. Get out." There is no "now".

"Take it" is certain. I personaly hear "now go", but there is nothing certain aobut it.

There are a lot of radically different suggestions as to what he said. I think it is safe to assume that he was just muttering.
