The title of this thread speaks for itself. I have only included movies in which Arnold is the star or play a major part. As such, there's no The Expendables (only the sequel) or Around the World in 80 Days for example.

My favorite is Commando. It has everything that makes a Schwarzenegger movie great. Over the top action, inhuman feats, guns and knives in abundance, an impressive body count and last, but not least, a memorable villain. Commando would not have been the same had it not been for this Freddie Mercury look-alike, knife wielding, chainmail wearing psychopath known as Bennett.

I suspect that most people will vote for that or Predator.

4 words: It's not a toomah!

Though True Lies and Predator are up there as well.

First Blood

Oh man, what a tough choice this is going to be. My favorite Arnold movie has always shifted around over the years; from Commando to Terminator 2 and so on. Contrary to what my set displays, I love The Terminator but it's not my favorite.

After careful consideration, I am going to have to choose Conan the Barbarian. It felt fun, hell it was fun. The cast of characters to accompany Conan on his journey were fantastic. Not to mention Basil Poledouris' excellent, excellent score.

Aspie

His only 2 good movies, which are actually classics: T2 and Predator

Total Effing Recall.

And Stay Hungry. Jeff Bridges & Freddy Krueger man!

Berserker Pred

Somehow I don't think Batman & Robin is going to get many votes ;D

TJ Doc

I too was thinking Conan, but then...

The Running Man

For its clunky set design, the Harold Faltermeyer score, cool supporting characters, the part when that Mexican guy's head explodes, and savage fights with some of his greatest and most homoerotic foes (complimented by priceless one-liners), while Richard Dawson (R.I.P.) remains a brilliant Uber Nemesis.

I love it all.

I added the movies and reset the poll.

VOTE AGAIN, PEOPLE!

SM

I watched Commando again recently.  Far and away Arnie's best comedy.
