Is there a way to get aliens/xenomorphs and marines/predators on one predator vision mode? and still have a good backgrounf view.
Is there someone who can make this?

there isn't a way to make it with backgruon looking good  and you will never see it perfectly and it would be considered as cheating

Hi! I need a litle help... from this topic http://www.avpgalaxy.net/forum/index.php?topic=35831.0 this mod pack have very nice heat vison mod, but i dont like the alien one. So, can i get only the heat vison file? Becosue both of vision mods share one file i have no idea how to do it myself.

You should be able to just remove the line from the text file to prevent it from loading.

I believe it's located at:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\aliens vs predator\Misc

open common.lst with notepad and remove the line that loads the alien vision file.

I can't open common.lst with notepad and remove the line that loads the alien vision file becouse its the same file, heat and alien vision are loaded from same line in common.lst i need separated heat vision file i know its possible becouse someone do this for me earlier with other duble vison pack

There were two font textures I wasn't sure what to do with, but the thermal vision mod is there and the alien vision is back to default.

There are two files, first is - vision Fusion.en its vision pack and i need you to erase the thermal vision form it, just like you did before with alien, and if possible make alien vision more dark, its litle too bright. I think to use dark green in environment (around light etc), and  black-green color in everyting else.

And second file - predatorheartvisioncold.en, this can be hard. its cange only the background in thermal, but it shows "dead" cold everything thant is not human, predator or energy source its shows as cold (dark blue and black) fires and lights sources, even the lava in pred temple have dead cold blue colour. My question is: can you add some colours to it, and use color from http://www.avpgalaxy.net/forum/index.php?topic=44066.0 the version i mean is in the 5th post (Shadowedge)? Is this even possible?

search some visions on ModDB http://www.moddb.com/games/avp2010/related/addons?filter=t&kw=Search+...&type=136&licence= mybe you will find something that you will like and it is not possible to add special colour for fire/smoke. the game contain just two files - heat object and enviroment. fire/smoke belong to the enviroment part

i'm afraid i won't help you with this one as playing with the colours in the visions could be a bit time consuming(you never know exactly how it will look like in game) so i would need to play with the colours a bit and each time test it and as i don't have instaled the game i can not test the stuff

What you're asking for goes beyond what I can do. The mods we can make for the game are very limited, and I wouldn't have any idea how to make certain items in the game appear a certain color without affecting other things with it.

If you haven't already, you should try to follow the modding tutorial Ikarop made a few years back .

awww too bad. And yes i read the article but my english is not that good. I can't undestand whole of it could you at least remove the termal vision from first file? just like you did before?
