It's not like anybody was surprised by this, a different team within Rebellion had to pick up someone else's game and quickly finish it up to release. Not a very interesting concept either.

I can imagine it is an absolute NIGHTMARE doing that! And frankly, if it will revenue at least something, why turn it down? Rebellion has so many studio sites that they can have several games in the loop simultaneously. I know they have offices in Oxford, Liverpool and Derby. They've also bought a couple of studios in the past. We should be able to rest assured that the team focusing on AvP will deliver, and do it with grace, glory (gory?  ) and style. They do have some of the old devs on the team, which should count for something (oh Kevin Floyer-Lea, where art thou?  )
