Thanks x-M-x

Currently I'm working on a multiplayer supermarket map
Finishing up the final touches!

np,

Why not check out the AVP2 Discord?

https://discord.com/invite/esPD62d

Many mappers there and you can post screenshots of this supermarket map.

We also have the "DEdit Bible" Site

https://modmaker.avpunknown.com/

If you're unaware! site is very old from 2003 era. (still tons of info)

Cheers

Try again and make sure you run everything as admin.
(Something on your system is stopping it from doing what it's meant to do)

Install base game
Install MSP 2.4 (handy as it comes with many hotfixes)
Install Tools
Unrez

You should now have a "AVP2" Folder and Dedit should load up correctly.

Planning to make mp or sp maps?  :)

Hi all,

Finally giving Dedit a go but I've run into the classic error "Error copying file cshell.dll", I've tried everything from changing directory lines to re-installing etc

I've unrezzed the unrez.bat file before loading up Dedit etc, I'm beginning to suspect the resources aren't unpacking properly, and yes, I can't see the cshell.dll in the AVP2 unrez resource folder, I believe I'm also missing sres.dll and cres.dll

Could someone please just upload and link their file copy of cshell.dll or the whole damn AVP2 unrezzed folder?

Is it possible to use WinREZ to manually extract the files?

Thanks in advance to the community

Update:

I've managed to use winREZ to find it in the AVP2DLL.REZ folder but seems it's ?corrupted and won't extract any suggestions please?

Alright I've successfully managed to do it with DragonU UnPACKer

Anyone with the same issues I recommend extracting the AVPDLL.REZ and AVP2L.REZ files with this program to get the necessary .dlls

Thanks to everyone in this community keeping it going!
