I mainly use blogspots when it comes to old and/or out of print music.
Might have to check out several ones but usually I'm able to find one that has links to some free filehosting site.
But I don't mind. Researching music and looking for it is some type of exploration that I enjoy.
What band is that? How many albums do they have? Any good bootlegs or demo sessions? Any members in other bands? Any similar artists on their record label? Who's the producer, maybe he produced other similar sounding albums? ...?
There was a time when I spent nights reading about music, while listening to music and downloading music I researched earlier.
Then the next day I had a whole bunch of new stuff to listen to during the day. And come night time, the exploring started again.
Sometimes it's a bust, but overal it's worth it because of all the gems I found over the years.
