Yes, although it happens to me even after drinking. I usually have cravings for something salty, even junk food.
I like salmon "cooked" with lemon, red onion and coriander. I don't know if the latter is very healthy, but surelly it's delicious. 

Craving (junk)food after drinking is a common thing.
Weed might add to it, or do nothing at all since you're already hungry. But imo it does make most food taste better. Like how food tastes better when you're hungry yet different.
But there's something about good greasy food after a solid drinking session. A burger and some fries, or a nice kebab.
