Having seen the writing on the wall a year before release, my expectations were at zero well before it came out, and then picking up a copy for $1 in a clearance sale of physical stock after some of the issues had been patched, means that I don't actually hate it - it's a shit game but I can't summon the visceral rage born of betrayal that a lot of people hold for it, because I knew it would suck. I played through it once and was mildly entertained for large parts of it, so I got my dollars' worth out of the thing.
That's understand. You know that I actually did really love the game when it came out. It was very young at the time, but I really did thought it was a great game, And I thought that the people who were angry about it, were just haters. There was even a point where I thought that this game was better than isolation. Yeah, I'm surprised that I'm not in a psych ward already. But as time went on, I stop playing the game then I realize that that it was a pretty shit game and isolation really is the great game that everybody was calling it. That doesn't mean I have some Positive about the game. From what I recall, there were some nice Easter eggs Within the game, Like the giant donut, and the chestburster with a hat and cane. The multiple alien variation that came to like Like the Crusher, which became A big thing in recent time and my personal favorite, the spitter. However, we denied the best Mission was The Raven. Basically, it was a beta isolation with a big ass alien on your tail. My thoughts on it
