I dunno. Before my time
Actually, I have seen some old shows with a closing cast call - notably a few old British sitcoms like
'Allo 'Allo - but ironically they generally played it straight. The one at the end of
Predator's amazing because it's so obviously cheesy, with everyone grinning and strutting for the camera.
The only other film I can recall doing the same thing off the top of my head is
Con Air, and it's hilarious in that too.
