It is. Go to the section dealing with the adult Alien. You'll find it amid the pages of texts detailing each crew members encounter with the creature.
There's another take of the scene - in better quality - you'll find that in the enhancement pods for ALIEN - specifically, the one entitled: "O'Bannon Working with Shusett".

Ah SNAP, will look for that tonight. I knew it was hidden in there somewhere. I know of the shots in the enhancement pods as well, too bad we don't get the entire scene in the quality they're presented in.
