While there were some matte painted buildings used in "Predator 2", that scene was filmed on a real roof! The address is 604 South Main Street. I posted some satellite images so you can see the trajectory.

Have the infinity and prime studios statues. Sparked my interest in aliens movies, love it. People say it feels 90s, well that's great 90s were awesome.
