Mostly conjecture lol.  The color of the inner mouth implies to me that it has red human like blood flowing within it, rather than the classic Yellow-green Xenomorph acid blood. Probably due to it's extremely odd birthing circumstances...  Unless it's shown, like the original facehugger, we don't really know though.

That is amazing!

The more I see these fan-made contributions, the more I can't help but wonder what Prometheus could have been with more fan involvement.  But it's great that the film is inspiring so many creative ideas.
