Hi everyone. I have to say that all the great artwork you guys post in here and especially the artwork you do yourselves is amazing and inspiring to say the least. I wish I had the imagination and skills to create some of the totaly original work you guys create.

The anticipation and agonising waiting game for Prometheus to be released for me is murderous like an itch you cant scratch!

But to keep me from seeing any more and reading too much after the release of the full trailer (I feel I have seen too much already) I still needed some kind of Prometheus related distraction.

Any who, after being inspired by you guys to do a spot of drawing again, I decided to have a go at making up some Prometheus/Weyland images in the form of signatures and avatars and finally a poster (BR cover).

I am in love with this!  The only thing I would have done differently is make the head monument the central focus and make Shaw smaller.

Nice work original-sins. I'm impressed Can't wait to see the poster. The more I see this kinda stuff the more excited I am for the movie and to make my own prometheus artwork.

Which of these (if any) do you guys like the most?  I might take one and introduce some subtle colour in it.  But the idea was to keep things simple and make it look old school:

Thank you very much for that Terx2, my compliments to you in return. It was seeing some of your sig's and certain other members sig's come and go that encouraged me to have a go!
This thread sure does show how much love there is out there for this movie and just how many of us are inspired by it.

Heres my attempt at a couple of posters, one idea gave birth to a simmilar but the simpler first idea looks best me thinks which then gave birth to yet more sig designs.

I then wondered (after seeing some recent, less is more, movie posters) if it might look best as a DVD or Blu ray cover.

Awesome.  I suspect a little "artistic license" has been taken in Charlize's chest area, but I don't think she would complain too much...I certainly am not.
