Man, Stan Winston's Predator design looked so realistic and alive.

Yes!!!!

Master Chief

;D  The last one!  I'm pretty sure that mask is sold at the Halloween costume stores.

Voodoo Magic

Yeah, that last Pred is one of the Emissary Predators cut from The Predator.  Poor Stan must be rolling in his grave.

Poor Stan must be rolling in his grave.

I've heard you can actually use it to provide electricity for a small town in Colorado.

Not bad!!  Like the Hot Toys figure, too much blue in the dreads.. and the blue around the eyes is wrong, but pretty nice paint application nevertheless!

Master Chief

It's a nice rendition of Greyback.

I agree.  I like the dreads on Greyback more than the blue ones on the elder in Avp.

Voodoo Magic

Me too. Yet Hot Toys blued it up and I never understood why.

Here's the real Elder Grayback costume sold in auction. Maybe, just maybe, one could suggest there's a hint of blue in the gray, but a hint would definitely be it.

Corporal Hicks

Didn't they blue it up in AvP? Might be that seeping through.

Wysps

Won't comment on the dreads, but I kinda like the blue around the eyes and that it's different than the usual black/grey.  Adds to the characterization and makes him seem weary and tired - like he's seen a lot.

In the Hot Toys AVP Elder? Not as bad I think.

Unlike the P2 Elder, at least one can assume a fig designer could come to that blue dread conclusion due to this blue filter:

But of course real light tells a different story.

But the P2 elder? Blue? Deeper in color than the AvP Elder? It's anyone's guess.  :-\

Master

In reality dreadlock of both elders are very much alike in color.
