I was just browsing Giga.de and found this featurette that’s over 20 minutes long. It’s a general thing about Alien and Predator but there’s quite a few behind-the-scenes stuff in it from AvPR. You can’t tell what the people being interviewed are saying because of the german voiceover but the english version will probably released later.
You can download the video here. (107MB) As I said, there’s some new shots. The Wolf vs Hybrid fight, some more stuff of the alien swimming underwater. Also more shots of the human characters running around. There’s also a new sequence with Wolf inside a Predator ship maybe. You can make out the hanging green dummys (CGI would have been used in post) in the background. I’ve also added 30 captures to the Gallery.

New footage I noticed:
Some brief shots of the National Guard shooting at something (Aliens), and a brief shot of a Black Soldier talking into a radio.
Behind the scenes footage of the Father and son finding the crashed ship being filmed.
Various shots of the Human cast (Dallas, Kelly, Ricky etc) behind cars guns aimed.
Scene of the Alien swimming bellow the surface of the water, making a beeline for the humans.
Behind the scenes footage of the Predalien versus Wolf fight and Ricky wounded on the floor.
Wolf holding the two Aliens, about to canon them but the Predalien comes out and sends him flying.
In the hive we see Wolf get tackled by an Alien and then shoot that respective Alien, then go to shoot Chet, but an Alien takes the bolt for it.
Another behind the scenes moment as we see the 'Investigation' scene being filmed. You can see Wolf surveying the crashed Predator ship. Note the Predator blood on the floor and the Green Human bodies having for the roof (going to have a CGI 'skinned' effect put on later I think).
All I can remember at the moment, feel free at add anything else.

Those clips were wicked, and I think you forgot the scene where that Alien is above Dallas about to attack him in the rain and when he shoots at something in the hive (Aliens) with the Predator's shoulder cannon. I think there's some other scenes too but I forgot what they are.

i saw a couple great shots that remind me of Aliens great stuff...the alien in the pool was also great and all the guys fighting behing the cars looks great

Ok so they didnt show that Movie. They showed some nice long Clips which are most extendet cuts from most Trailershots including a pretty sweet clip from the Sewer Fight including all the shots you know, but more!!! I know this Channel for long, its not big but the only Game Channel in germany for almost 10 years now. I cant believe they got such an exclusiv like this, all the clips where in german too. So keep your eyes open on the Web!!!! ....and post it ;D

I like to watch foreign films and I hate subtitles so I learn enough of a language to understand the dialog. So far I speak German, Spanish, Japanese and Mandarin. Foreing films are soo much better in the original language.
