I might be seeing things, but it looks like there is a reflection of a Xeno in the glass.  Like it's watching her.

Just to the left of her head I can make out the lower teeth and the smooth shiny head.

You're right there is an image there it might be part of a scene or just a tease from Riddles, but yes it is a xeno.

My thought is that it looked like the reflection of a Xeno head that is bent downwards.  It's not in attack/threaten mode so the mouth is either slightly open and the "gums" are covering the top row of teeth, or the mouth is completely shut and I was actually seeing both rows of teeth together.
