Two New Alien vs Predator posters have surfaced on Tac Sales and The Movie Poster Shop. One showing an Alien while the other showing a Predator:

Very nice, but since i like preds more then aliens i will go for the pred poster (if i can get one in holland hehe)

I think the alien looks really cool... but the predator looks kinda stupid... the way he's got his back tilted and his wrist blades sticking out... too much of a pose...looks more like he's posing for a gay porn photo shoot or something...

I like the Predator poster, but I dislike the Alien poster. It looks a bit fake to me.

Do you guys remember a while back when they said they were going to use Scotts design to make the aliens? Yea they used Scotts design my ass. It looks just like the alien from AR. The predator looks cool but its wearing a shit load of armour. Look its all over his arms and stomach. We never seen them with this much armour. Frankly I dont like it. Maybe its because they are teen preds but I dont know. They both look pretty cool and eye catching though   ;D  

Where are those tubes on the back of Alien ? Despite this,I like  Alien poster more. Predator has way too short arm if you know anything about painting or drawing ( proportions of the body )

I noticed that the tubes on the aliens back were missing but I didnt know what to call them. Guess it dosnt matter now. Pretty weird.

I think they both look a little Computerized. its like theyre advertizing the game. the Pred is better but it does look to much like hes posing

They both looks great. Now you can see them real clear.

Yeah, I will agree with a lot of you that the Alien in the poster is green    ???  , and looks almost identical to what's in AR, but, we've all seen the movie previews and all the Aliens we saw in those had the tubes on there back. Quite frankly, I could care less if it doesn't look like Scott's design on a poster as long as it looks genuine in the movie!

I think both posters are fine and the Alien does have a greenish tint on it. I don't go to the movies. I normally watch movies on DVD but I'll definitely be in the  movies when AVP is released.

He's green? I dont think I'm colour blind... but for me he looks kinda redish, or auburn or a brown or something... I dont see any green at all   ???

i dont like that posters they shuld have the shot of the predator holding up his weapon on temple  when all the aliens are coming for them.

I agree those posters look lame.  Pred does look like hes posing for gay photo shoot.  And alien just looks chessy.  Alien from aliens ALL THE WAY! I totally agree with sentinel, they should have made a poster with the pyrimde

Your crazy aliens looks sooo much better.  Actually looks like thier exoskeleton and their head is so much better designed.  It goes with rest of the body and looks more scary.  These aliens looks sperm.

Yeesh.They both look terrible.The predator looks kind of small and his mask doesnt really look right....and the alien looks like it was made by TOHO(aka:Godzilla makers).Blech.Poor quality!

i agree with cockies too but i like all the alien designs.. these posters r great too at least they showing ppl what they are instead of an egg or some beam of light(not like they r bad posters)

allow me to stress some things....  FAYE- it appears you dont know what the word proportion means because to me, the arm looks perfectly normal to me, and i study art- just to render your last comment idiocy- that is a human being in the predator suit, how can the arm be out of proportion. im sorry i just dont agree with moranic statements.  Secondly- weve all established that A- the aliens in the movie hav the tubes on their back. AMEN, Real Predator, this movie looks awesome in everyway possible, except for the rouge predalien thing, but othe then that, i have as much faith in this movie as i do in my religion.

the predator is cool. the alien one is good too but i wish they would show PredAliens on the poster. i like these posters far better than that white piece of crap that was released earlier. but overall they are pretty standard posters...there should be an epic battle poster with lots goin on. something that will hold your attention for more than 5 secs.

Man the alien on the poster does not look like the one in tha movie, The head yes, but the rest is strange. I think that the shoulders in tha traila were bit bigger no?? The tubes I mean.The alien almost look like an old man with his shoulders oriented on the back like that.  As for the pred, I think he is cool, the arm is right. Not too short, Iv done art as well and the proportions seems k. But the shit load of armor may interfeer in tha proportions. And look at his right hand, its almost like you can see his thumb pointing at him. Just like he would say " Im the best and Im goonna win this. " well just like Uropigy said. I think they are both cool. But I still think that the aliens in the movie are not like that 100% .

Hey I think both posters are cool so whats the big deal they are only posters people.  So there is some problems and how would you like the Predator to pose just make him stand there and look clueless.

sorry but i think these posters are bad, looks cheap, a Pred standing like a model or what and with those blueish colours in the background surrounding, it should only be like that on the logo "AVP" imo. What i would really like is two sort of 'clean' posters of each Alien & Pred, in full size (so we can see the whole), not with all these colours. A little like the official poster, but not necersarily with white background. Oh well thats just the sort of poster(s) i wouldn't mind buying, but these ones, not a chance.  Anyways from the footage we've seen from the film the Aliens looks very good, and no need to comment on the Preds, they look awsome, so i'm still very positive & excited   ;)  

Hey sandman, I think that you misunderstood me. I was actually saying that the pred was looking pretty cool like that. With his thumb pointed at him. He look bad ass. A pred with attitude. Well he got even higher in my coolest things on earth. He was 5 now he is 3. Me first then avp then tha pred. Eh eh.  And one last thing, do ya ppl think that the mask of tha pred is almost looking like he is gonna fall off any moments? I mean look at it, hes almost slepping off the face of tha pred.

I don't know if anyone pointed this out or not, but the alien there is brown instead of black, so it's not even the suit from AvP.

I personally like the posters better than the white one, (the pred looks really cool) but they're still just the POSTERS people... not the actual movie.   :-\  

Actually, they are suppos to represent the things that we are goin to see in the movie Yautja W. But like you said they are not the actual movie since in the movie, everything is seeming perfect as for the aliens and preds physics. The alien on the poster dont look like the one in tha movie that much.   But for the mask thing, even in tha movie ya can see that its a bit like falling off the face.

I think these posters aren't going to be showing up at your local theatre anytime soon.  They look like ones you'd fine at at the poster store at your local mall.   Almost every genre movie has them,   and AvP is no exception.

I will definetly by the predator poster. Not sure about the alien. It doesnt even look like the alien from AVP. Its a shame. If it didnt look like the AR alien i wouldnt have a problem buying it.

Alien from A:R was my favorite then Aliens design but they should just put A:R head on Aliens design   ;D  That would be awome!!!!   8)  

that Alien is brown, they probably based it on the AR design which i don't get, since most ppl disliked the AR design/or prefered the other Alien designs.  i'm pretty sure PA had nothing to do with those posters, but why should he, he's probably working his ass off now with the editing & sfx-crew, it is really up to fox to promote the movie. Still its kinda lame that we don't get real posters of the AVP Alien, thats what i want to see

First of all, how the f**k do you guys expect the alien from Alien to move around and do combat with a predator? It's big, clumsy and mechanical looking and certantly NOT fitting in this kind of theme. Remember that the alien is adapting to its environment (Ash says it in Alien man..) so the way it looks now is pretty damn neat if I may say that.  If they would use Scott's design in this then I'd just puke over the movie seeing that big clumsy suit jumping across the room fighting predators. Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome design, but better used in movies such as Alien, not a COMBAT movie between three different species like this. Maybe the design from Aliens would've worked, but the head wouldn't really blend in that good with the pyramid, so a smooth-head would prolly be the best move to put on them.  Control: "why not? dont tell me cuz its a spoiler." Predator looks great. Not too much of him shown...  But I argee with those who say the alien is not so good. They could have done a better pic even with their animated puppet they have. Gezzzzz....  The shoulders of the alien look funny like too bulky or just not made right.  Othwise more items to buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

We know that there will be a Predator/Alien because we are into this stuff and read all the articles. We are expecting one. All  the other people of the world who dont  keep up to date are going to see this thing in the movie and think its cool and scary. They arnt ready to give away the movies biggest suprise.

I hope there will be one, cuz now we have a chestpredbusta but no pred alien. I say this cuz I dont want ant of ya guys to think that THERE WILL BE A PREDALIEN. cuz if not for any reasons, ya all be very disapointed. So what Im saying to myself is that there will be no predalien or lil chance of it. so if thers one, then fine will be cool. But if theres not, then fine will be cool too. The movie will rock anyway. Beside I dont think that Im the only one thinking like that. If they are to put an predalien in the movie, better do it at the end but not that end. Just about before you see the final with the queen. Like if the movie last 2 hours= in the last 20 mins of it.

Cuz that what we want. to be surprised. Cuz I dont just want to see a remake of preds and aliens. I want more stuff, more knowledge. Like that movie will answer so much questions, will make knew ones to but it will finaly answer so much.
