Don’t get your hopes up, it’s not online. 
The trailer was shown before Death Sentence and a few people have posted descriptions of it in the forum (here and here). It’s the same trailer that Arrow in the Head posted about last week. AdamJZ’s description sums it up quite well:
“It starts out the same, then you see only the hand of the hanging body in the forest, it cuts to Ricky and Dallas in the sewer, and they spot a chestburster coming out of a small tunnel. after that a group of teens or some people are in a pond or lake, you can see a shadow of an Alien swimming towards them, then it pulls people under and someone screams “get out of the water!”
Then it shows an extended scene where the Father is in mollys bedroom telling her there is no such thing as monsters, the alien breaks through the glass the same as with the R trailer, there is one new shot of the predalien. then it says “This Christmas” which is where the Silent Night song begins. there is a short montage some new shots include: A doctor in the hospital with an alien sneaking up behind him (very Alien 3), A shot from inside a helicoptor cockpit where the alien jumps on the windshild, The predator throws a shurikin at an alien, killing it.”
The underwater scene sure sounds great. Not sure when to expect it online now. Somebody will no doubt put it on YouTube. I was hoping to watch in high-res on Apple rather some crappy quality version.

I was supposed to see death sentence with a buddy but I couldn't make it... He did say that he was more impressed with the green band trailer because it had a better horror element. Even though he loved seeing the gore and stuff... And I take his word that it is a good trailer, because we pretty much see eye to eye.

I really hope this gets a release on the Web sometime soon. I'd like to see if the plot points and less spoiler-ish public trailer helps or hinders a film like this.

I for one will avoid watching it because this way all the money shots etc will be ruined. I wanna be surprised in theatres when i go to watch avp 2. Also it seems like the trailers don't tell us about the story or plot of the movie which is very sad. I think avp 2 will have a bad plot or script but will be kick ass and fun movie.

I saw death sentence yesterday and the green band is much better as a whole. plus the red band ruins lots of gore scenes, now i know what's coming. the skinny dipping scene with the alien looks awesome. and you will love the music in the trailer. haha my freinds and i always used to talk about a movie where aliens swarm a residential area and kill people in thier homes. cant wait to see the green trailer... also the back of the new alien heads look slightly different & kinda remind me of the predalien which was featured a couple of months ago (clay model with white background) so im guessin the predalien is the egg layer esp with colin callin it a 'she'.... hmmmm i keep guessing where all the aliens are coming from & if we ll see a queen or queen facehugger?

I saw Death Sentence today, and yes I finally saw the greenband trailer of AVP2 today. It's called Aliens Vs Predator R, still. You see a very juicy shot of a bloody baby Alien creepying down this small little dark corner of the sewer, gives the camera a nice scary grin. You see the Predalien sneaking up behind someone in the shower room, looks very much like Alien3 when Clemens gots killed, the sound effects for the Predalien is truely scary, it sounds for once like a f**king Alien, not this AVP bull shit! You also see a very dark creepy scene where it's raining and the military are protrolling the streets, while one solider looks inside one of the cars a Alien drone sneaks up behind him, it looked very impressive and visual very very Alien-ish. The movie just doesn't look like a great action film, but from this trailer, it also looks like it's going to be truely scary, I'm talking Alien and Aliens scary! You also see more of the Alien hive and the Predator trying to fight off some Aliens, it looked just like you were on the set of Aliens!!! No joke!!! This movie is going to kick ass, I know it!

The redband trailer made AVP2 look like a hardcore action movie, the greenband trailer makes it look like a very Alien-ish dark, gritty scary movie. When you see that f**king Alien sneak up behind the soldier, WOW it looked very f**ked up dude! lol, in a good way of course ;D

There are sum great quick shots in the trailer that gives it a different feel to the film. The love the part where you see the Alien go under water and you see it's shadow move around and those poor guys freakin out! Haha, man this movie looks like it's going to kick ass in every single shot of the film until the end credits roll.

Yes, but in the begining, first it starts off with normal score and then when the action starts Silent Night comes on. It worked very well I thought.

Too many trailer may ruin the movie, especially a horror movie. The red band was enough for me, just so I can see what direction this movie is taking. I don't need random snippets that may be great but when you get in theater you will just be like, O I've seen this and this and this and this. So think twice before indulging.

Theres a problem with the format when I transfer it on my computer..I can watch it through the outlet on my T.V., and the quality of the videos actually quite good, a bit blurry though, definatily not as good as HD but its a bootleg what can I say, and its clear enough to see and watch without being confused.. but when I try and watch the video on windows media player it doesnt work does anyone know how to reformat the video.? I tried a few times but Iv'e given up. Ill send it to someone if they think they can fix it.

to sublimeDBC, you can import it with adobe premiere! you should dont have too many problems with that, if the file size its to ig use nero vision and exprot it like a video cd mpeg and you can upload it to youtube with no problem!

That's an official MPAA rating of "R" for Violence, Language and Gore. We always knew it would be but now it's official.

Not to play devil's advocate but don't forget that the MPAA has rated films with ratings higher than they were in theaters. Fox could still go back and order the Strausse's to recut the film to the PG-13, though given the red band trailer and the Strausse comments, I doubt it.

good thing is, looks like all the gore scenes have been shot, so no matter what fox orders them to do, we are guaranteed a gory bloody movie on dvd. just the way the franchise is supposed to be.
