as far as i know, you're not going to find one other than ebay, unless you privately contract someone experienced in creature effects to build it for you.
predatorstuff.com is a good place to watch, as they just had a couple up for sale - although i think they don't regularly sell them. over the past few years i've searched ebay every couple days for predator and alien costumes, just to see what kind of work people are doing, and theres some really nice stuff that goes up there. whats your reservations about ebay?
