I haven't been able to access it through my PS4 Pro since launch. It's been frustrating with no apparent fix.

There is. It just doesn't work anymore.  Sometime around the HG launch, unrelated I'm sure, I've lost all access to communities. When I try to pull one up it remains in a perpetual load.
