Reticle is sorta required since it shows you where you can jump to and if you're in the dark or not.

Meh, its not really required. I think I can probably make an educated guess as to where I can leap and if I'm in darkness or not. I'm really more concerned with SP. For MP it would certainly make it more challenging.

Has anyone thought about making a Scar predator skin? With the T mark on the helmet and all? And would it be possible?

Exactly. 'Scar' is going to be released along with the rest of the skins from that skin-pack I mentioned. There are several other people working on that pack ATM, tho. MichaelLoh, Andrew Minniear, ikarop and Ambrosiia are the contributors so far.
