If I arm myself with duel shoulder cannons and a spear, I'm all set. The spears the best melee weapon and the cannons are really powerful and just fun to use.

Favourite levels where in the forest, the superstore, the cinema, the high school and the very last level in the hospital. I don't know what it is about that level I just play it all the time.

Ma favorite is any levels that have lot of aliens and few human.

the spear and the dual plasma cannon... mainly cause i can kick butt with those weapons ;D

Spear, and my favorite level was probably the High School. I hate the last level, because I have to backtrack when I get to the last elevator because I missed placing a mine.

Anyone think that the melee combat's a little disappioting? I mean with the wristblades, the camera shakes from side to side, but it just doesn't look right. With the spear you just slash, slash and thats it.  :P Not exactly fun when you think about it...

i've not noticed any camera shaking...

Me neither, but the spear is definitely my first choice.

Disk and High School. I love the hived up hallway.

Well I'd choose the sherkin.

I've actually been using the Shuriken a bit yesterday. Have to say, it's fast throwing ability makes it a nice weapon. As long as you've got some distance, enough to throw it twice, it works pretty nicely. Then finish off with the wrist blades.

But Sewers is a great level too. I think it's the most atmospheric of the levels in the game. Especially when you get to the hived up bit.

screw the spear, hand gun rocks. rapid fire, faster than duel cannons and more acurate and energy efficiant, its the best

it is, i got through a whole path with it, its just as powerfull as shoulder cannons, and faster (the cannons take 3 shots to kill with me)

Hand cannon looks nothing like a predator weapon. Personally, I don't like it. I prefer shoulder cannons and the spear, which is a little bit too powerful. It kills everything in one punch, where's the pleasure..? I wish it could be downgraded. Shurikens and the rest of weapons are crappy - I can't even see what I'm fighting with.

Best level is the one with the tank - there's lots of humans to kill. :)

The hand cannon is just a normal shoulder cannon. Have you seen the movie yet?

I haven't - it opens in Scotland on January 18. :/ Well, that's somewhat strange - if it's just another shoulder cannon, why does it fire way more rapidly and generally works like different weapon?

The hand cannon in the game differs from the movie in that it takes forever for it to charge up to fire once.

The dual shoulder cannons are ownage. I bought the game today at hastings for a good 30 bucks. It took the employees FOREVER to find it. Finally they found a copy of it that just got shipped in. I love the game sooo much. I think a couple thinks could have been added but that did not ruin the entire game. Oh my favorite level is at the high school. :P

I'm unstopable with the Hand cannon and the spear.

I like the Spear and hand cannon best. The Dual Shoulder cannons are cool and all but the hand cannon is faster and takes less energy. I killed like three or four Aliens without draining near as much as I would have with dual shoulder cannons. And the spear is very effective if you're being swarmed.

My favorite story level is probably either the hospital, the Sewer, or the High School. hard to pick. in skirmish I think I'd say the High school. Fighting in that big empty pool is fun.

I can agree with that. The sewer was confusing at first, but I came around. lol
