Bums me out...

It would have been even worse than what was already released.
I know, but I was secretly hoping it would be a completely different experience and outstanding. Give me a reason to dust my Wii U off...
Just wait for that Zelda game.
I'm currently waiting for Metroid. I'm not too big on Zelda. ALTTP is where it's at tho for me.
Hardly a surprise really, cut and run rather than taking even further losses from producing another 100,000 units that wont sell.
Meh, I've got MH3U and soon, Resident Evil Revelations to keep me company for a long time. Could care less if this doesn't come out on the Wii-U. ;D
I guess I imagined me starting this thread. Could have sworn it was me and not Ikarop...
Your topic was merged with my post from earlier. Same discussion.

Wow, I almost can't hear you guys over the sound of no one caring.
lol i was hoping you guys heard the announcement.
This is good anyway, from what we know the Wii U version would have been much worse then the other console versions.
Bravo Randy definitive version indeed.*slowclaps

AAAAANNNNNDDDD Idon'tcare.
I think everyone predicted this would happen despite the previous reassurances we got. I wonder what this means for future DLC. :-\
.... trying to remember what a Wii-U is...
DON'T TELL ME!
I knew this would happen.
They made a good choice.

good point. season ass was pointless.
I remember Gearbox raving on about how you could use the controller as the motion tracker, which sounded pretty cool. I probably would've been interested in seeing that aspect of it. But unfortunately we found out there's no proper use for the motion tracker in the game, so the idea goes out the window. So, probably a good call to just forget about the Wii U version if it has nothing more going for it.
I'm sure the next Alien game will feature it. It is a neat idea that lends itself perfectly for immersion.

How would GBX even know that this was a feature of the game if they weren't even developing it? I think they were lying as usual.
I'm not surprise. The game sucked big time and I don't think anyone would buy it on the Wii U if it's going to be hardly a improvement over the PS3 & 360 version.

I would if they would do this crowdfunding way.I think reason of AvP2010
sucked was publisher breathing down their neck.
The "AvP" and AvP:R" aesthetic instead of using the first 5 movies ruined it for me.
I think Rebellion got lucky with first AVP(Though never played the game myself.)
Remember Rogue Warrior? Yeah that was made by Rebellion. I don't think they are what used to be.

Now this I can get behind. AvP 2 is still tops when it comes to the license.
