In an interview with MTV for his new film, Exodus, Ridley Scott drops some hints regarding Prometheus 2 and the role David might play in the sequel. When asked whether the sequel will follow on with the story of Shaw and David, Ridley responded:

"You can't have a person go off into the galaxy and have a person who's still got his head off. Once that head goes back on, he's really dangerous, but he's also very seductive. So maybe he'll persuade her to help him put the head back."

We’ve known that Michael Fassbender and Noomi Rapace have signed on for sequels for sometime. They’ve also talked about what the sequel may hold. Ridley also talks about Blade Runner 2 and how he will never read reviews of his films. Thanks to Amanda Ripley for the news.

Ridley's comment almost sounded like a sex scene. :P

David essentially being the dragon antagonist of Prometheus, I'm glad to see that he supposedly hasn't done away with his charmingly deceptive intent. Best thing the first movie had going with it, hopefully that carries through.

There's that bit in the novelization of Alien where Ash tries to convince them to reattach his head so he can help them fight the Alien. Needless to say they tell him where he can stick his head.

Does anyone know if anytime during the interview was he shown a picture of a dragon?.  If so I want the scoop on the aftermath of his reaction.

David 8 was seductive?

Almost everything he said came cross with the verbal equivalent of moustache twirling... Subtle, he wasn't.

So it was not just a mere coincidence that the aliens happened to be black...

As far as Boy goes... uh I meant David, I wonder if his plumbing and junk is all fully operational. Shaw birth a f**king Cthulhu already, who knows what she'll birth after banging a smart ass android. I totally see that happening too!

Ash's request was scripted at one point. Probably where ADF got it from.

There is no way she would re-assemble him, or that she even could if she wanted to.
