Doesn't have to be a movie with your favorite one-liners or quotes.
More like which movies have the most amount of great dialogue considering everything that's been said over the entire length.

For example, I love Apocalypse Now. It's one of my top favorite movies.
I also love Full Metal Jacket. I rank that movie a little lower but when it comes to dialogue I rank it higher.

Anchorman and Anchorman 2: The Supersized R-Rated Version
The Big Lebowski
Clerks 1 and 2
Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas
Full Metal Jacket
Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels
Snatch
Trainspotting
...

O Brother Where Art Thou
No Country for Old Men
Jaws

And many more I'll think of.

Yeah, The Coen Brothers have got some good one. Added The Big Lebowski to my list. Their latest one, Balled Of Buster Scruggs, was pretty good too. Don't remember much of the talking, but I do remember enjoying it.

Voodoo Magic

Off the top of my head:

Scarface
The Edge

Yes, definitely The Edge. It holds a very special place in my heart. Probably still my favorite musical score in all of film. The dialogue, the cinematography, there's just nothing to dislike about this film. It's just pure excellence.

Voodoo Magic

Yes! Truly! It's incredibly underrated!

And The Revenant, Shmevenant!  "The Edge" used a real 9-10 foot Kodiak Bear!
