Imagine all these designs on screen. I hope they will use them in the sequel

Some of the interesting images from the June issue of S.F.X, the French magazine.

To see larger versions of the images modify the s value in the URL to something like s1600 because you're likely to get the image as big as it comes as the uploaded file

Remind you of anything?

Reminded me of the same thing. I'm kind of sad the more alien looking Fifield mutant wasn't used or  more progression of the transformation wasn't alluded to in the film.

Each time these new images come out, my hate for the decision-making behind the scenes grows.

It always reminded me of an adult version of this proto-hugger. The head looks almost the same to me.

Sexy Poot

Looks a little like a Chozo to me.

Ikarop, I never noticed that before. U may be on to something!

Yup.  There's some beautiful imagery in Prometheus but a lot of it is wasted potential.

I agree completely.

Bat Chain Puller

I agree.

Hate is a strong word. But I do struggle to understand what Ridley was thinking. I'd love to hear how he arrived at his choices in his own words so I can have a little film maker perspective.

And I really do hope there is an extended cut down the road. I keep thinking of Kingdom of Heaven when I saw it in the theater and thought ... meh ... then saw the extended cut and was pretty much blown away by how much better it actually was.
