This has potential to be great, in my opinion the only thing that could let this down is poor CGI, and the interaction between the Predator and Thai , that needs to be managed very carefully. Im cool with the design of the predator but would also like to see some more traditional looking Preds pop up at some point.

It's just so...unremarkable when both series are known to love weaponry, especially Aliens.

They seem a bit too busy and more fitting for a Doom game.

I'm saying that her weapon doesn't look interesting compared to the movies and games. It looks more like a prop for a low budget sci fi film.

The gun looks a bit like a foldable, emergency type of self defence firearm. Wouldn't be surprised if it spring unfolded from a completely rectangular box shape.

I think Thia can communicate with dek clearly through language  and possibly makes a deal to take him to a xenomorph which will get him back into his clan if he can scalp it.

In return, dek takes her to a facility that can repair her.

This movie is set in the future, so the glowing blades could be a way for them to keep them sharp without the need to use a tool.

Also, I think that metal blades that heat up while fighting are neat.

Yeah, the glowing blades in this movie definitely seem to be a riff/expansion on Jungle Hunter heating his blades in Predator. This time around, there seems to be some source within the blade itself capable of heating it.

I think that if Dek had classic wristblades that also glowed red, people would be way more forgiving.

The glowing blades look awesome, and it's a good juxtaposition visually with the more clean/pulpy gun.
