Quote from: BigDaddyJohn on May 19, 2025, 08:37:53 PMAhh X-Files... The good ol days.

The earliest stuff was the best - the MotW episodes. I didn't like it when they started doing the cutesy comedy episodes. And then, with the mythology crap, the show disappeared up its own ass.

Still enjoy the monster episodes best - most of them.
The Monster of the Week episodes were always fun and was the show's bread and butter in my opinion

Agreed.

The only monster / mutant episode I didn't like, was the paramedic dude that needed to feed on cancer to stay alive.

Eugene Victor Tooms, was one of the best mutants the show ever produced. His two episodes were creepy as hell. I owned the old videotape that collected both episodes (that were edited together to make a television movie).

The para medic one was nasty. My favorite has to be the Donnie Pfaster ones (the guy who kills and eats prostitutes).

My favorite X-Files Monster is the Flukeman

Yes. I like the Flukeman, too. Also, the Man-Bat from Season 8, and the Tibetan thought monster made from garbage, in the pretty suburb, that crushes people to death.

The little Indian guy - that likes to hitch-hike long distance - by crawling up people's arse's, was another memorable creep.

That b*tch turned out to be even more evil than the Demon - deadlier than the male!

Oh yeah I remember that guy. Didn't he play in the 2005 Willy Wonka's chocolate factory as an oompa loompa?
