I haven't played the sequence, but I did see the likeness in the trailer. That's awesome. It's a shame when anyone does, but to die the way he did sucks. Franco is it me of my favorites of the golden age.

I didn't even make the connection that you're playing as the Terminator from the future dream sequence.

Not only I am surprised that the devs are still updating and putting out DLC for the game, but having Franco being the main Terminator character for this DLC is surprisingly touching. Not only he is Arnold's close friend, but he also did a huge part in making Terminators very memorable and terrifying machines. Who else can forget the Future Dream sequence in the first movie, when Kyle only had a moment of rest after a long patrol, only for the Resistance base to be under attack by Franco's Terminator? Glad that they didn't forget him and it does prove that these guys put lots of love in this game. :)

Its also refreshing to see a Model that isn't the Arnold 101.

Ya it was £25 on deals with gold last month.

Do you mean Future War as in Terminator Resistance? If so? defo not worth the full price or £34. I would say £20 max, and that's only if ur a die hard Terminator fanboy.
If your not a fanboy, I would say Pass or wait till it's £10 or less or ends up on the Games Pass.

Graphics: last gen.
Acting: bad to average.
Sound: good, uses tunes from the film and some sound FX.
Story: if you manage to get past the bad acting the is a decent story in this game.
Gameplay: plays ok and some of the later weapons are fun. The is a very limited crafting system in there as well for your weapons ect.
Enemies: bullet sponges and the AI is pants. However the endo's look good.
Difficulty: way way too easy.
Length of game: between 4 to 8 hours depends if you go exploring.
Yeah. I just paid £17.50 for it, and I think that's probably about right. Wouldn't pay more.

Played it last month when it was on a Xbox games sale. Not a bad little game, but defo a little dated and feels kind of unfinished probably due to budget. Also anyone who's going in to this game for the first time, I recommend you play it on the hardest settings cos the game is way too easy. The story was interesting I thought the story would make a decent movie, infact the story for this game is way better then what Tim Miller did for Dark Fate. Shame the game was lacking in budget.

Ah man, must have missed that sale and I'm constantly on the x-box store looking for a bargain... Future War is on my list to play but I've been waiting for the price to drop. Is it worth the full retail price? £34 I believe its currently sat at...

Finally bought it. I know this brings back this thread. But it's on sale right now. $20 is definitely worth it. Especially with getting to play the Future War.

Bought this during the Steam Christmas Sale. Finished it with 100% achievements and it was great, although perhaps too easy.

Prices are going to go nuts on these, especially the PS4 version. Flip em!

Terminator Resistance is great, for me at least. Almost as good as Isolation. Definitely recommend it, the scenery and music is top notch.

I'll pick this up. I managed to have fun that busted T3 game that accompanied the movie, so I'm sure this will at least be better than that. The future war is such a great setting for a game.

Give me an HD Dawn of Fate remake!

I like Dawn of Fate but I would not mind if a remake would be first person and the Tech Com resistance fighters looking more like the ones in Terminator 1 and 2.
I do like a lot of the additional new Skynet war machines and the machine men.

As for Terminator Resistance. It is actually an okay shooter, just don't expect anything exceptional of it as it is not a triple A game and has its flaws here and there like the AI and the animation and such not being up to the standard of current day games.
But for Terminator fans it really recreates the atmosphere of the Future War which was shown through flashbacks in Terminator 1 and 2 and fortunately nothing from Terminator 3 and the movies after it.
