Title: Is it possible to get more ammo in Team DM?

Does anyone know if it is possible to get ammo packs or health packs in Team DM as the marine? I haven't been able to find any so far.

Non existent. I talked to a corp Rep today and they said they are not planning on adding it in to MP because it would make it unbalanced against the Aliens

Ah, thanks. That makes sense, you do not want to give one side an advantage over another.

That said why is it that Aliens CM can't do that, but AVP 1-3 could? Is it because the aliens have no way of regaining health easily?

If you want to regain health fast as an alien I recommend sunshineadrenaline rush. And bloodlust for your warrior. Killer combo.
