While people seem to like the B movie formula with Riddik fighting space monsters, we already had that one.
I think it would be more interesting to go the space opera route, although I think you can have both in a single movie, which would be expensive for this franchise anyway.

God I’d love another Riddick game by the guys who made Butcher Bay, that game was fantastic.

The creatures in that game were a bit similar to Riddick's mud demons. 👀

The Tomorrow War borrowed from the Mud Demon design.

Funnily enough I just found myself wondering about another one.

If it's not high fantasy/space opera I don't give even half a f**k. Give me more Chronicles.

Last one had both and Riddick did got back to Necromonger fleet. I'd assume we will have allot of space opera action in the next one.

And Karl Urban achieved transcendence.

It was so sidelined I can barely remember it compared to the escape/savage themes. Big budget 40k knockoff again or bust.

And we all know, after that you comeback... different.

Yeah, I think we can assume we'll get more of bizarre fantasy superpowers.

Didn't like chronicles at all.

First movie was the only good one.
