Unless he has one scheduled for late in the season, after House of Gucci wraps (which seems very unlikely), no. But we do know that he was involved in some capacity in pre-production for the season.

With or without Scott as director (he's involved as producer though) I'm not worried in the slightest as Raised by Wolves is Guzikowski's show. He proved with season 1 that he knows what he's doing.

Everything is so spiritual successor in the show. Although it is not entirely his creation, it is like "the prequel minus Alien continues here, to avoid copyright" kind of work.

When Ridley makes sci-fi series involving androids and alien species comparisons to Alien are inevitable. It's given.

His trademark milky robots.  8)

Great news, looking forward to this.  The less the old goat Ridley is involved the better.  This needs people with imagination not tired old dusty direction from Ridley.

Ernest Dickerson will be responsible for the first two episodes. He confirmed it's going to be 8 episodes altogether. Starts talking about Raised at 8:22.

Ernest talks about

alien caves that used to be structures built by previous civilization and tree harvesters.

Well this thing intrigues me immensely, whatever it may be.

As does the concept of
Spoiler
"alien caves that used to be structures built by previous civilization and tree harvesters." In the podcast he also, interestingly, mentions that they were "grown."

Perhaps the ancient androids of Kepler, for which the birthing apparatus was initially designed?
