Because Boba fett is not a faceless character

He was before the terrible, awful prequels came along and ruined him.
well we live in the era of him being a face

Anyways  Bounty Hunter's #18 had a nod to alien today

Valance's insides are like the Synthetics

Who is drawing that Bounty Hunters series?

Also, Boba Fett as a faceless character was a thing in the old EU and it was intentional - there's a bit in the comic "Boba Fett: Twin Engines of Destruction" where Dengar asks him why he doesn't show his face and he points to his helmet and says "This *is* my face."

It's meant to differentiate him from his father - Jango knew how to take the helmet off and be a father and a normal person, Fett doesn't. The armor is his identity.

Twin Engines was early in the Eu . By the time Boba was Training Jaina  he was showing his face more . early eu boba was also not a ladies man. theres a part in tales from jabba's place  where  he gets super awkward and starts talking politics with Leia (her being in the slave outfit/ what the Disney canon as branded as the huttslayer )  when Jabba gives her to him too look after for a while.  Later eu stuff had him having a ton of sex and had a wife  point is stuff changed lol

Even faceless characters like Darth Nilhus have people wanting to know there face theres a asset from KOTOR II of Nilhus' hair and its dreadlocks so people have made fan art of him being a black man from that .

Yeah well the "training Jaina" stuff sucked and was just Karen Traviss with her Mandalorian fetish trying to put him on a pedestal and make him The Best Thing Ever instead of understanding his limitations as a character (and I say that as someone who's favorite Star Wars movie character is Boba Fett). As far as I'm concerned the old EU timeline ended with the end of the New Jedi Order.

Okay, this might be terrible, and it is yeah, but, what about Star Wars set in the past with a completely different aesthetic and tone though?

Ugh we will never get that.

Some stuff from, in-expanded-universe, 5000 years ago such as the Sith swords or the meditation sphere have a vibe that ranges from high fantasy to steampunk.

I think the first episode of STAR WARS - Visions titled 'The Duel' is successful in offering an atmosphere more or less like this, by presenting a setting similar to Feudal Japan.

Personally, I would be delighted to see such installment in live-action form. A Star Wars story with a different aesthetic and tone, where you don't see anything similar to OT or even PT.

This is maybe not exactly where it should go, but it is Star Wars related.

I've been wanting to cosplay for most of my life, and just never tried. Until now. So I am now planning to go to Celebration next year, and I really didn't wanna go as just another "insert character", and get lost among the other cosplayers, sort of speak. So for the past decade, I've been working on my original character concept/cosplay, and I am almost done now. I give you, Darth Abominus;

Alot of effort went into making each piece, and I just need to get a couple of smaller items before it's complete. Should be done before Celebration in May.

the concept art at last years investors day hints to them doing early force stuff or even the mortis gods stuff if they stick with the Thor Yor  comparison

Also Vader Immortal hinted to a more knightly time with lord corvax
