Gah.  Not a fan of harry potter.

Looking forward to it, hope it's a seriously cool cyberpunk movie that tops the original in terms of scope.  Or it could be just another generic cgi-fest.

3.   The King's Speech

Not a big fan of movies about British royalty. 

4.   Hereafter

Looks interesting, though not a fan of Matt Damon.

5.   The Way Back*

Hate Colin Farrel.  Probably won't see it.

6.   The Tourist

I don't watch any movie with Angelina Jolie.  Don't like her acting, don't find her attractive.

7.   The Social Network

Couldn't care less about this movie.  The critics will probably love it, though.

8.   True Grit*

A western, a remake and it has Matt Damon.  Pass.

1.   The Dark Knight Sequel*

I don't watch movies with Brad Pitt.  Just don't like the actor.  Except for 12 Monkeys & Fight Club.

Extremely skeptical.

Bah.  The original is king.  The remake will be Americanised trash, just like Godzilla 1998.

Well, I don't regret it seeing as I got what I wanted in the end.
All of the flak from other members and mods was expected though.

China.
It actually caused a big contreversy, accusations of anti Chinese sentiment.
I disagree. China is one of the few countries in the world with the capacity to invade the US, and we are not on good terms with them right now, so they were a logical choice.
I will say this, if it was about America invading China (just as likely ) and there were Chinese students becoming the Wolverines, I would still watch it and if it was good, like it just the same.
