The explosions changing are probably due to improved effects work as the trailers/tv-spots have been released.

...and before someone asks me 'what body?' or tells me that 'you are just seeing things'...

Stuff like that gets mixed up in the shuffle They don't really worry about keeping it specific, people in the audience at a Theatre, or just seeing it in a blink on TV aren't going to notice differing explosions and things between various trailers.
