As agrivating as it maybe, it's perhaps best we don't see that footage. I read one report where it said you see some of the cast meet their sticky ends, but they said they didn't want to spoil who.
I would at least like to see a pic of the supposed "Alien", though. :-\

That picture wasn't really from the footage. It was someone on Twitter being a dick.
And they weren't allowed to record the actual footage, only the panel stuff.
What we want now is a full audio of Ridley Scott at the Hero Complex film festival from the other year rather than that video snippet and several reports

Does anyone actually have any footage of the film they put on? I am now very enthusiastic about this movie. I hope the PG-13 film is intense, but I would too prefer RATED R! Scott can pull off a great PG-13 movie that has a very mature feel of rated R! I still trust him.
They couldn't record the footage because they have security people completely monitoring the crowd for it. If you get caught, you get kicked out.
Then how come they were able to record the rest of the conference and even take the spacesuit picture? Nowadays there are cameras which can be smaller than a pack of cigarettes and mobile devices which can be barely seen, especially in a crowd.

A nice little nod to ALIEN.Also read that her space suit was heavily inspired by Ripley´s white space suit.
Hence the ALIEN similarities.

Take a closer look at the beer can logo,you´ll see it actually says WEYLAN-YUTANI without the "D".

On the other side it has the Egyptian wings of the original Nostromo crew shirts. ADC and the gang are huge fans of Alien (he's doing the Alien Encounters documentary and organizing the 25 Years of Aliens convention) so a lot of the work they do will often be influenced by Alien.

Did Ron Cobb work on ALIENS as well? I thought it was only Sid Mead,but I might be wrong.
My answer to the mistery of the added "D" is probably that somebody in the production of ALIENS made a typo and passed that info over to Cameron without him noticing.They probably noticed the mistake later on,but didn´t bother to change it since it´s hardly noticeable,except for the hardcore fans! :laugh:
