Well, this would violate the establshed canon. Neil stated this would not happen. Thus an already infected Ripley is not a possibility as we see the face hugger get her in Alien 3 while in cryosleep.

A lot of them - even the ones featuring Hicks - are admittedly cool images. I especially love the derelict being studied.

But others fill me with dread (like that goofy Alien suit).

The ideas are good at some point.
For instance, the two tones of what and alien movie could work.
The option 2 is solid, instead of a tree it could go in a matrix machine way, like a massive hive.

And the message to Blomkamp is clear and very true I hope he receive it.
