Super stoked for the DH Pred, one of my fave comics ever and awesome paint job. I'll b getting the Pred 2 game repaint as well.

Have there been any rumors of NECA possibly re-doing the "Predators" Preds? I'd like to pick up a Berserker, Tracker, and Falconer, but I'd prefer figures with the improved articulation and better paint jobs.

So far, my favorite NECA Preds in my collection are Snake, Elder (v2), Albino, and Big Red. An improved Berserker would be an insta-buy for me.

You know it's really interesting that the Yautja and Super Predators are being treated as completely separate species/races. Even going as far as to actually listing Scavage as a half-breed or hybrid. That's... really interesting.

And another thing.. "royalty"? Predators don't have a need for royalty. They're a clan based society, they don't need a monarchy. Why is that a popular thing in friggin' fanfiction and why is it now finding it's way in official stuff?

I don't think theres too much of a deal to make from it. Every single Predator (aside from Classic in Predators) has looked different from the last. Each had their own differences. I don't think it's much of a stretch to say that they're all different cultures/ethnicities/ideologies of the Predator species.

I'm sorry but it's just a pet peeve of mine when it's implied that Predators have some sort of royalty even though there is nothing confirming it and Predator Royalty has been a terrible fanon thing and I'd hate to see it be canon. Also, the idea of Predators having royalty just invokes some really bad memories of the 1994 PREDATORS script. You know how a Vietnam vet gets flashbacks, yeah it's like that for me (okay, I am exaggerating but it's a pet peeve).

I've always been under the impression that Predators had chieftains which rule over individual clans. Kind of like how tribes on Earth have them. Look at the Native Americans, Maori, Masai, Zulu, etc. Also I was more under the belief that Predators had a group of Elders which made the laws, and dictate the Hunt, namely the Council of Ancients which was introduced in Extinction.

In the comics, there was the idea that 'you're only as good as your last hunt,' and that success in battle is what determines rank.  Of course, this would probably lead to a very unstable political situation and rapid turnover.
