Alien vs. Predator: Honour and Glory

The young Predator looked on through into the glass chamber. It was filled with florishing plant life and strange flowers. Insects chirpped and steam rose from the "jungle" floor. This was the room where his training would commence. Here he would battle the deadliest, most feared creature in the universe, a Xenomorph. Winning this battle would allow the Young Blood to progress onto the next level, to hunt more alien feinds in the ancient pyramid on Earth. Failing would disgrace his family and bring a bloody death at the hands of the creature.

The young Predator, Vain, continued to watch as a strange, rhino-like animal was dropped in the room. He could just make out a horrible spider-like thing grab hold of it's face as the creature struggled to get to it's feet. The animal fell to the ground frozen. A few minutes past and Vain entered the tropical room. The ships Elder looked on from above, nooding his head for the ritual to begin. Vain's wristbaldes shot out from his wrists. His plama canaster rose from behind his back, ready to shoot. Vain slowly walked through the jungle, his head turning towards the slightest sound. He suddenly stopped. His gun slowly targeted the trees in front of him and it shot a burning hot plasma bolt. It's whipcrack sound was deafining. The trees melted in front of Vain and revealed nothing, but the corpse of the now rotting animal.

There was a large red mark on it's chest and a trail of blood led to some distant trees. Clenching his fist, Vain followed the trail. There was a horrifing scream as something jumped vioently onto Vain's back. Grabbing it's thin arms, Vain sent the beast crashing into a heap of floura. The serpentine creature slowly rose, revealing it's horrible drooling maw, and rows of glicening silver teeth. The two foes charged at each other as the epic dual began. As they fell to the ground struggling, Vain through a hard punch at the beasts jaw and shuvved his deadly blades into the beasts neck, as it screeched with pain. It's blood splashed onto his blades and his helmet. Vain paniked as his blades and helmet hissed and started melting away. Vain ripped off his helmet and it slammed off the ground. He let out an powerful roar as the Xenomorph attacked again with it's razor tail. It sliced into Vains stomach and glowing green blood spilled out of the wound.

Vain crashed to the ground in agonny and the beast leaped onto him, shooting a teethed inner-mouth shooting towards him. Grabbing the ugly thing Vain snapped the jaw from it's owner and slammed it into the beasts head. The scream was un-bearable. It fell to the ground, thriving like a fish out of water. Vain grabbed a skull- adored spear from his back and quickly held it above the beast. A disgusting yellow goo gushed out from it's cracked head as it's scream got weaker. Vains mandibales twitched as he let out a muffled human-like sentence "Shit... h... happens" He drove the spear into the beast and its screetch stopped. It lay there still and un-moving. Vain through his hands in the air and roared. He looked up at theElder watching above him with pride. He could see in his eyes that there was still more to come, the ritual was not over yet. Suddenly a small apartment opened and another Predator was thrown into the arena. Vains eyes dropped. It was his brother. Another spider creature quickly ran from the trees and leaped at the weak, wounded Predator violently attaching to it's face.

Vain looked up at his superior with confusion. Letting his brother die would mean he could battle the new monster and possibly pass his test, but how could he sit and wait on his brother dying? His brother, Dagger, was a dishounoured, un-respectful excuse for a Predator. He had killed many just for fun and had'nt paid respect to the honour code all his 263 human years. Although he was still a youngster, did he deserve to die so horribly? Vain, un-shethed his now mangled blades and clipped his spear back onto his back pack. Ripping the skull of the dead Alien, he returned to the Great Hall, a place of peace, honour and respect. Here dead Predators were laid to rest, and trophys were mounted on glorious walls. Vain applied it to his own trophy case. Skulls remained in which he had got in chidhood. Rodent, and starnge dinosaur-like skulls adored the wall, a reminder that even in youth, Predators are brutal yet peaceful hunters. Staring at his new prize, Vain wondered what pain his beloved brother was going through. The horrible little creature would have punctured his chest cavity, spewing his blood everywhere, killing him in an instant. Right now the creature would be silently hiding, growing and waiting for something to silently slaughter. It was only then Vain felt the pain of his wound. The blood had stopped, but it was now even more aggonizing.

The Elder approunched Vain. His manables twitched and clicked, and Vain knew would he was saying. It was time. Time to battle an even more terrible creature, a hybrid of both Predator and Xenomorph dna, a Predalien. Once again, Vain entered the jungle. This fight would be much harder than before. His wristblades were mangled and his all important helmet lay on the jungle floor somewhere, ruined. Suprised, Vain saw the creature standing not 10 feet away staring right at him. This beast didnt need stealth, it was powerful, fast and hungry. In an instant the beast launched it self at Vain, grapping hold of his neck. The horrible beast shoot out its terible inner-jaw slamming it into Vain right eye, spewing blood all over his face. Vain let out a pathetic roar and unsheathed another larger blade from his elbow. But the beast spat at it, spewing forth a disgucting green liquid that sank into the blade and hissed violently. Vains gun shot at the beast, sending it flying to the other end of the arena, slamming of the wall. Vain lay there weak and deafeted. He would slowly die, failing his all important task and disgracing his entire family.

An apartment shot open above Vain, and there stood the Elder. He through two large katana swords into Vains bloody hands and just stood there watching. This was unheard of. A Young Blood, grasping the ancient swords of an Elder. Vain felt a glimmer hope as he shot to his feet. Already the Hyprid was charging at him. Its head was burning with hot plasma, but still it attacked. Vain sliced at it with the right ten left sword. Blood spewed onto the blades but just dripped off the deadly points. Vain continued to slash at his opponent. Right, left, right, left. Eventually the beast fell to the ground, exhausted and bloodied. Quickly Vain shuved the blades into the creatures head, leaving them there. A soon as he placed the blades, Vain fell, hitting the ground like a tone of bricks. He would die, but he would die with honour. Not only had he killed his foe, he had held the weapon of an Elder, a huge honour indeed...

It's my first time writing a story, so I don't think I done that bad. What do you think?  :-\

Vain should have died when his stomach got sliced and his eye got punched out, but I decided to let him be the last beast standing...  ;)
