The Proto looks so great, but the 7" looks very nice too.
I pray that NECA release the long awaited 18 version of the City Hunter next year.

The 7" paint job is good enough for me, Im happy with it.

I'm actually very disappointed with the paint job and I don't know if it's just me but the chest armor looks a tad bit dodgy. o_O
Looks like another re-paint I'll be doing. *sigh*

i think the paintjob is good enough. looks far better than Elders paintjob. and i even found the paintjob on series 1 OK so i won't complain

The original,  the Elder and the City hunter in 18" with great scuplts (NECA) is all i want, more than enough.
I have no interest collecting 1000x inaccurate crappy looking wannabe Predators and Aliens like you

Yes, the paint looks on many areas false, agree with you. The color varies too strong

The chest looks to narrow in compare to the great proto.
Overalll the proto plays in a completely different  league.
But i think for 7" it looks decent.

However i have no love for the scale. I just collecting 18"

to be honest i think the masked anytime looked better, but despite the slightly wrong pattern on the forehead, the overall quality of the city hunter's paintjob looks almost in par with anytime. and thats good

Yeah, I agree.  I knew the head pattern would be a bit "iffy" on such a small scale, but it's not as bad I thought.

I'm definately looking forward to the masked version.

Its ok for the scale,  but really great he can only look in 18"
7" is too small for a such detailed figure like city hunter. 

i hope neca announces the 1/4 next year

i think the skin tones varies more because of the bright lighting too, when seen in real life such minor differences are not as clear
